GLOUCESTERSHIRE IS HOLDING ELECTIONS FOR THE UK YOUTH PARLIAMENT
I have been lobbied by one of the candidates to help communicate the competition as due to covid-19 they cannot speak to as many people as they would like.
The UK Youth Parliament provides opportunities for 11-18 year olds to use their elected voice to bring about social change through meaningful representation and campaigning.
Voting is from 12th to16th October - closing this Friday.
All young people aged 11-18 in Stroud and the Cotswolds can vote.
There are three candidates for the Stroud and Cotswolds seat.

It is brave of these youngsters to put themselves forward for election and I hope we can support them by increasing the numbers of votes they receive.
Please share this post and encourage local pupils to take the information into school.
Courage calls to courage everywhere.
Thank you!
