Cainscross Town Council and District Councillor Katrina Davis have teamed up with Tom Hoskins from The Life Coach to host an event for parents and young people to talk all things mental health.
Tom will be hosting a Q&A session to answer questions about how to deal with mental health as well as offering advice to both parents and young people.
This free to attend event will be taking place on Monday 15th August from 17:00-19:00 at The Pavilion, Victory Park, GL5 4JE.
