INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY - Question in the House

Wednesday, 10 March, 2021
International women’s day

On International Womens Day I asked Parliament to think about women with complex and muliple needs. I also spoke to the Nelson Trust.

Some lives are too complicated for one health or council service. Some experiences are too awful for us to contemplate.

Minister Dorris has launched a call for evidence for women to feed in their experiences in health. She wants women, men and organsiations to provide information to inform future health strategies.

Thanks to the work in Gloucestershire we have mulit disciplinary support for women that turns lives around. And it is clear that women can make changes that support themseleves and their children too.

PRIME MINISTER’S QUESTIONS

Thursday, 19 May, 2022

Wonderful to welcome two Stroud constituents to Parliament today to sit in on Prime Minister’s Questions.

I always enjoy welcoming constituents to Westminster and I offer tickets to PMQs as often as I can.
